A note from our founder
My Love Letter to You
When I first founded Share the Love Outreach Organization, my goal was simple: to help. I wanted children and families facing difficult seasons to know they weren’t alone—that someone saw them, cared, and was willing to step up.
Over the years, that simple desire has grown into something greater than I imagined, all because people like you continue to show up and share the love.
And now, we’re stepping into our next chapter.
I’m excited to officially welcome you to our Love Growers community. The name reflects what we’ve been doing together all along—growing love in the lives of children and families who need it most.
As a Love Grower, you are the heart of our mission. Every time you give, volunteer, partner with us, or simply spread the word, you help plant seeds of love in our community. There’s more than one way to grow love, and every way you choose to be involved makes an impact.
As we step into this new chapter, you’ll notice a few changes. Our logo has been refreshed, our social media handle is now @sharethelovegrowers, and our Cash App is now $sharethelovegrowers. While our look may be evolving, our heart and our mission remain the same.
There is still so much ahead of us—more children to reach, more families to uplift, and more love to grow. I’m excited about what we can and will do together.

Shadaha McQueen
I still remember the day we first met. It was our second Christmas Giveaway of the week—an extra event made necessary by an overwhelming overflow of donations. Little did I know, that moment would bring us someone who would become instrumental to the heart and growth of our organization.
Whatever caught her attention that day inspired her to step up—not just on her own, but with her entire family by her side. They quickly became integral to our success, and four years later, Shadaha McQueen became our Volunteer Recruitment Officer.
As a family, they haven’t just supported every single event; they have been my unwavering cheerleaders, keeping me motivated when it mattered most.
Thank you, Shadaha, and thank you to the entire McQueen & Brutus family for all you do for our community and Share the Love Outreach Organization. Here’s to many more years of Sharing the Love!

Celebrating the Win: Perfect Attendance
Do you remember what it was like when your teacher announced, “We’re having a pizza party!” I certainly do. Whether it was to celebrate good behavior, great test scores, or the last day before summer break, I was just happy to laugh, connect with friends, and share in that moment of joy.
That feeling is exactly why it’s so vital to celebrate our children when they win. No matter how small an achievement might seem, we must teach them—and remind ourselves—to acknowledge every victory along the way.
For some kids, getting to school every day is simple and automatic. But for many children in underserved communities, achieving perfect attendance is a monumental feat. Before these students even step out the door each morning, they are navigating real hurdles: hunger, a lack of basic hygiene essentials, or not having warm clothing for the season. Behind them are parents working tirelessly against difficult odds just to support and provide for their families.
Despite every obstacle, these incredible students at Sanders Elementary showed up and showed out every single day of the first quarter—proving their commitment, determination, and unstoppable desire to learn.
That’s why Share The Love Outreach Organization is throwing them a Pizza Party! They earned this win, and they deserve to have it celebrated in a big way. Won’t you join us?

When you step outside today, Christmas may be the last thing on your mind. But behind the scenes at Share the Love Outreach Organization, our holiday planning is well underway!
Why start months in advance for an event that happens in just one day? Because making Christmas special for hundreds of local children takes a lot of planning, preparation, and love.
Why Starting Early Matters
- •Supporting Families: The holidays can bring added financial pressure for many families. By planning early, we can be ready to provide support when it matters most.
- •Making Gifts Personal: Planning ahead gives sponsors time to thoughtfully select gifts that reflect each child’s individual wishes and interests.
- •Creating a Joy-Filled Day: Collecting, sorting, and bagging hundreds of gifts takes time. Early preparation helps us create a seamless, welcoming celebration.
- •Giving Our Community Time to Act: Starting early gives local businesses, churches, schools, and families plenty of time to plan, organize, and get involved.

Help bring holiday joy to a child facing financial hardship.
- •Give a Financial Gift Today: A $50 donation provides personalized Christmas gifts for one child.
- •Shop Our Registry (Opens Oct 1st): Purchase items directly from our online Christmas Gift Registry.
- •Host a Gift Drive (Launches Oct 1st): Mobilize your business, church, school, or community group to collect new gifts (custom group registries available!).
Be an Event Volunteer
Help make one of our biggest days of the year a success! Volunteers are needed to help with gift bagging, set-up and breakdown, decorating, and other event day activities. Your gift of time will help us create a special experience for the children and families we serve.
Become a Share the Love Ambassador
Love grows when we share it. Ambassadors help us spread the word across our community by sharing our mission on social media, inviting volunteers, and connecting us with local businesses, churches, and civic groups.

Mobile Toiletry Closet: Love Delivered
Every morning starts with the basics—brushing our teeth, washing our hands, getting ready for the day ahead. They’re tiny routines we rarely pause to think about. But when a family is navigating a hard season, not having those basic supplies can make a tough day feel overwhelming.
The Mobile Toiletry Closet exists to change that. When a child has what they need to feel fresh, they walk a little taller at school. When a parent doesn’t have to choose between groceries and laundry detergent, a little piece of mind is restored.
This past Friday, we had the joy of bringing more than 200 essential items—toothpaste, soap, deodorant, shampoo, and laundry detergent—to Garrett Middle School in Austell, GA.
Being able to show up for a family right when they need it most is the heart of everything we do. It’s about meeting real needs with genuine love. We couldn’t do this without you, and we’re so grateful to have you in our corner as we care for our community together.
